Está compuesta por el equipo más grande del Resort, o de los más grandes y diversos.
Dan cobertura y servicio sutil y atento para crear un alojamiento inolvidable al huesped superando los deseos y necesidades de nuestros huespedes con soluciones logísticas, de transporte y medios innovadoras.
Supervisor:Inspeccione habitaciones y áreas públicas, complete informes, verifique estado; informe las salas limpias a la recepción del hotel y / o cárguelas en el sistema automatizado de administración de propiedades. Preestablecimiento de las funciones diarias de limpieza; verifique el inventario de las habitaciones, asigne asistentes de sala y prepare informes físicos diarios.
Camarera de Pisos: El encargado de la sala es responsable de limpiar las suites de huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares; cambia la ropa de cama, aspira, quita el polvo y repone las comodidades y los suministros para huéspedes.
Valet: El valet del piso es responsable de garantizar que todas las estaciones de limpieza estén completas con todos los materiales y ropa de cama necesarios para garantizar la limpieza de las habitaciones, baños, salas de estar y accesorios de acuerdo con los estándares y la marca de la compañía.
Agente de lavandería: El papel de esta posición es emitir uniformes y ropa de cama para el personal de acuerdo con los sistemas y los procedimientos. También realiza un inventario y controla el movimiento de ropa y uniformes sucios, dañados y frescos. El agente de lavandería entrega ropa a las suites de huéspedes.

The area you will join: Is one of the largerst and diverse team of the resort.
They provide coverage and subtle, with attentive service to create an unforgettable accommodation, surpassing the desires and needs of our guests using logistics solutions, transportation and innovative means.
Supervisor: Inspect guest rooms and public areas, complete reports, verify status; report clean rooms to hotel front desk and or load into automated property management system. Pre-setting of daily housekeeping functions; check rooms inventory, assign room attendants and prepare daily physical reports.
Attendant: The room attendant is responsible to clean guest suites according to the standards; changes bedding, vacuums, dusts, and replenishes amenities and guest supplies.
Valet: The floor valet is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning stations are complete with all the necessary materials and bedding to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, living rooms and accessories in accordance with the company's standards and brand.
Laundry Agent The role of this position is to issue uniforms and linen to staff according to systems and the procedures. Also takes inventory and control movement of soiled, damaged and fresh linen and uniforms. The laundry agent delivers laundry to guest suites.
