El trabajo de Terapeuta Spa se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

Realiza los tratamientos y servicios del Spa de acuerdo con las normas, prestando atención a los detalles y de forma puntual.
Aconseja a los clientes sobre los programas de servicios del Spa, los tratamientos y los productos disponibles.
Se promueve la comunicación con todos los departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a los huéspedes y a la operativa del hotel.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto son: comprobar y poner en marcha el funcionamiento diario del spa. Recibir a los clientes en la zona del Spa y asistirles antes y después de los tratamientos. Reponer todos los artículos necesarios en el Spa. Solicitar y recoger las existencias y los suministros de acuerdo con los niveles mínimos de existencias. Garantizar que todas las salas de tratamiento estén completamente preparadas antes de comenzar un tratamiento de acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos.

What we are looking for:

The job of Spa Therapist is successfully executed when:

Performs spa treatments and services according to standards, with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
Advises clients on spa service programmers, treatments and products available.
Promotes communication with all departments regarding issues that may affect guests and hotel operations in any way.

The usual responsibilities of the position include: checking and running the day-to-day running of the spa. Greeting clients in the Spa area and assisting them before and after treatments. Replenish all items required in the Spa. Order and collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels. Ensure that all treatment rooms are fully prepared prior to commencement of a treatment in accordance with standards and procedures.

Requisitos:

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
Alta orientación comercial, al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de primera categoría.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
Ser dinámico, innovador y estar al día en las últimas tendencias en tratamientos.

Requirements

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:

Openminded, EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position is a must
Focused on sales, service and highly oriented to customer and results.
Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience almost 2 years in 5 star hotels.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Be dynamic, innovative and up to date with the latest treatment trends.
