El trabajo de Room Service Noche se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

Se sirven alimentos y bebidas a los huéspedes en la habitación/outlet, usando las bicicletas eléctricas del hotel y proporcionando un servicio profesional y flexible siguiendo los estándares establecidos.
Cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
Se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: Garantizar la comunicación entre los miembros del equipo de cocina, de toma de pedidos y servicio. Garantizar que el servicio de alimentos y bebidas se lleve a cabo para todas las suites utilizando las bicicletas eléctricas del hotel. Proporcionar siempre un servicio cortés y eficiente. Atender las consultas de los huéspedes de manera cortés y eficiente e informar a los supervisores de las quejas y los comentarios de los huéspedes. Tener el conocimiento y la comprensión para explicar y realizar upselling de todos los artículos ofrecidos por el departamento asignado, así como ofrecer alternativas y conocer todos los servicios y productos ofrecidos por el hotel.

What we are looking for:

The work of Room Service Night Shift is successfully executed when:

Serves food and beverages to guests in the room/outlet, using the hotel's electric bicycles and providing a professional and flexible service following established standards.
Complies with health and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
Good communication is maintained with all colleagues within the team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the welfare of guests.

Typical responsibilities of the position include: ensuring communication between kitchen, order taking and service team members. Ensuring that food and beverage service is carried out for all suites using the hotel's electric bicycles. Always provide courteous and efficient service. Deal with guest queries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and comments to supervisors. Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and upsell all items offered by the assigned department, as well as offer alternatives and be aware of all services and products offered by the hotel.

Requisitos:

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
Carné de conducir B imprescindible.
Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.

Requirements:

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:

Open-minded, position-related studies and European citizenship.
Driving license B required.
Highly service, customer and results oriented.
Fluent in Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
