Il nome 7Pines ha origine dal luogo di nascita del marchio: Ibiza. Quando gli antichi greci scoprirono per la prima volta le isole di Ibiza e Formentera, le battezzarono Pityuses, letteralmente "isole coperte di pini". Da allora, Ibiza è stata chiamata "l'isola dei pini". The name 7Pines originates from the birthplace of the brand: Ibiza. When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally “pine covered islands”. Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the “Pine Island”. So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.
The Front Office Department is the first and last point of contact for our guest. Guest experience at the Front Office will influence on the overall perception and evaluation of the hotel.
Our front office team is looking to cover positions as agents and supervisors in different areas:
Front Desk The front desk performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests. They essentially check guests in and out; process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
They resolve guest opportunities and requests, ensuring that proper and prompt follow-up is completed. All incoming calls are answered at the front desk and provide information to any guest or visitors inquiry.
Guest Relations Guest relations make sure all guests have a unique, memorable and personalized experiences at the resort based on anticipation of guest needs and providing wow factor moments in every guest stay. They inform clients about the hotel services and the latest information about events and highlights.
Guest Services Guest service is primarily responsible to greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. They deal with general enquiries and ensure the lobby and forecourt areas are always clean and tidy.
Telephone operator Our telephone operator has a huge impact on the smooth operation and communication within the company. This position requires to speak clearly, distinctly with a friendly and courteous tone always following the LHW standards as well as using listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate and complete information
Concierge Concierge Team will be assisting the guest with any special request they may need: Restaurants reservations, yacht charter rentals, babysitters, private transfers, special events, car rentals, outdoor activities…
Il reparto di Front Office rappresenta il primo e ultimo contatto per il nostro ospite. L’esperienza vissuta al Front Office influenza quindi la sua percezione complessiva del soggiorno.
Siamo alla ricerca delle seguenti figure: Agente e Supervisore.
Front Desk: la figura assolve le procedure di registrazione degli ospiti in arrivo. Verifica arrivi e partenze e processa i relativi pagamenti in accordo con gli standard aziendali. Prende in carico le richieste degli ospiti e gestisce le telefonate in entrata, in entrambi i casi assicurandosi che un puntuale riscontro venga fornito.
Guest Relations: la figura garantisce che gli ospiti godano di una esperienza unica e personalizzata nel resort. Il suo obiettivo consiste nell’anticipare i desideri degli ospiti sorprendendoli con dei momenti wow durante le varie fasi del soggiorno. Informa gli ospiti dei servizi del resort e di eventuali eventi e novità nella destinazione.
Guest Service: la figura offre il primo saluto all’ospite prendendo cura dei suoi bagagli. Gestisce tutte le faccende generiche attinenti alle aree antistanti il ricevimento e si assicura la completa pulizia e ordine delle medesime.
Operatore telefonico: la figura occupa un ruolo chiave nella gestione delle comunicazioni del resort. È richiesta una comunicazione verbale chiara e distinta, accompagnata da un tono cortese e modi empatici. L’attento ascolto delle esigenze degli ospiti é ritenuto altrettanto prioritario.
Concierge: la figura assiste l’ospite in merito a qualsiasi richiesta speciale gli venga comunicata: prenotazioni di ristoranti, noleggio auto e yacht, transfer privati, baby sitting, acquisto biglietti per eventi, ecc.
