El departamento de Recepción es el primer contacto de nuestros huéspedes a su llegada, por lo que contribuye a formar su primera impresión. Es un departamento amable y abierto a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. Nuestro equipo de recepción busca cubrir puestos de agentes y supervisores en sus diferentes áreas:
Front Desk: Realiza tareas de check-in y check-out, procesa pagos, resuelve dudas y da seguimiento a los comentarios y sugerencias de los huéspedes del hotel.
Guest Relations & Concierge: Se aseguran de que todos los huéspedes tengan una experiencia única, memorable y personalizada en el resort basándose en la sorpresa y anticipación. Ayudan al huésped con cualquier solicitud especial que pueda necesitar y conocen las últimas tendencias, lifestyle y eventos de la isla.
Guest Services: Da la bienvenida a los huéspedes del hotel, se encarga del equipaje a su llegada y salida y los acompaña a sus habitaciones.
Telefonista: Trata las llamadas entrantes del hotel de forma cortés y educada siguiendo los estándares de 7Pines.

Le informamos de que, durante el invierno, permanecemos cerrados y los responsables de los procesos de selección no estarán operativos. En cuanto los responsables de cada departamento se incorporen (enero-febrero de 2024), harán un seguimiento de su perfil.
The Front Office department is the first contact at guests’ arrival, so it contributes to form their first impression. It is a friendly department open to meet the needs of our guests. Our front desk team is looking to fill agent and supervisor positions in its different areas:
Front Desk: Performs check-in and check-out tasks, processes payments, resolves doubts and follows up on comments and suggestions from hotel guests.
Guest Relations & Concierge: Ensures that all guests have a unique, memorable, and personalized experience at the resort based on surprise and anticipation. They assist guests with any special requests they may need and are knowledgeable about the latest trends, lifestyle, and events on the island.
Guest Services: Welcomes guests to the hotel, takes care of luggage upon arrival and departure and escorts them to their rooms.
Telephone Operator: Handles incoming hotel calls in a courteous and polite manner following 7Pines standards.
