Dentro de las principales tareas a desarrollar dentro del departamento de Marketing se encontrarían las siguientes:

• Gestión y planificación de redes sociales: Apoyar en la administración y planificación de las cuentas de redes sociales del hotel, spa y sus restaurantes, manteniendo la coherencia con la identidad y los estándares de lujo de la marca.
• Creación y edición de contenido: Diseñar y producir contenido visual y audiovisual enfocado en reflejar la creatividad, elegancia y la experiencia de lujo de nuestros servicios, adaptándolo a cada plataforma (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Organización de shootings: Participar en la organización de sesiones fotográficas y de video.
• Colaboración con influencers: Coordinar y colaborar con influencers y creadores de contenido invitados.
• Desarrollo de contenido B2B como podcasts: Crear materiales de apoyo visual para las estrategias del equipo de ventas, alineando el contenido con los objetivos de la marca en entornos de negocios.
• Planificación de calendario de contenido: Apoyar en la elaboración de un calendario mensual de publicaciones.
• Monitoreo de tendencias: Identificar y analizar tendencias en redes sociales en el sector de lujo, sugiriendo ideas creativas que resalten el valor de la marca y capturen la atención del público objetivo.
• Análisis y optimización: Colaborar en el seguimiento de métricas clave para optimizar la estrategia de contenido.

Encontrarás: Alojamiento en régimen compartido, durante los meses de apertura del hotel manutención (almuerzo y cena) en la cantina del hotel, servicio de lavandería para  ropa de cama, buses diarios en diferentes horarios. Sesión de bienvenida, y on job training, descuentos especiales en F&B y alojamiento para ti, tus familiares y amigos, ayuda mensual al estudiante (575€ brutos) y opción de participar en formaciones, actividades y fiestas para empleados... etc. Unas prácticas en un entorno profesional y amable único en la isla de la que disfrutarás en tu tiempo libre.

If you are a Student of Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or Photography with a creativity and aesthetic sense to capture luxury and elegance in images, this is your opportunity to apply the learned knowledge and develop your skills and talent in a committed and passionate team.

The main tasks to be carried out would include the following:

• Social media management and planning: Support in the administration and planning of the social media accounts of the hotel, spa and its restaurants, maintaining consistency with the brand's identity and luxury standards.
• Content creation and editing: Design and produce visual and audiovisual content focused on reflecting the creativity, elegance and luxury experience of our services, adapting it to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Organisation of shootings: Participate in the organisation of photo and video shoots.
• Collaboration with influencers: Coordinate and collaborate with guest influencers and content creators.
• B2B content development such as podcasts: Create visual support materials for sales team strategies, aligning content with brand objectives in business environments.
• Content calendar planning: Support in the development of a monthly calendar of publications.
• Trend monitoring: Identify and analyse social media trends in the luxury sector, suggesting creative ideas that highlight the value of the brand and capture the attention of the target audience.
• Analysis and optimisation: Collaborate in the monitoring of key metrics to optimise the content strategy.

What you will find: accommodation on sharing basis, during the months the hotel is open: meals (lunch and dinner) at the Staff canteen when open, laundry service for bed linen, daily buses at different times.
