The View - Una armoniosa fusión del savoir-faire francés con un toque mediterráneo, un concepto galardonado y sofisticado, enmarcado por el magnífico telón de fondo de Es Vedrà. The View es un aclamado restaurante de alta cocina dentro de 7Pines Resort Ibiza, un destino culinario galardonado por la Guía Repsol 2023 con 1 Sol, y distinguido por la Guía MICHELIN 2023 (España y Portugal).

Cone Club - Ubicado en la cima del acantilado con vistas al hipnotizante mar Mediterráneo y al magnético islote de Es Vedrà, el restaurante Cone Club ha evolucionado hasta convertirse en un lugar encantador que evoca el espíritu y las auténticas sensaciones de Ibiza, creando un ambiente vibrante y sofisticado. Las sesiones de DJ y la música en vivo realzan la atmósfera animada desde el ritual del atardecer hasta altas horas de la noche.

Pershing Yacht Terrace - Este lugar único se caracteriza por su estilo italiano deportivo, elegante y sofisticado, resultado de la exclusiva colaboración entre 7Pines y Pershing Yachts. Aquí, la moderna mixología mediterránea se fusiona con la cocina asiática en estilo Izakaya, creando una atmósfera sofisticada con excepcionales vistas al mar.

Infinity & Laguna Pools & Lobby Bar - Ofrecen un ambiente relajado, una atmósfera elegante y unas vistas sensacionales. El lugar para disfrutar de comidas frescas y veraniegas, mexican food truck y cócteles.

Buscamos: 

Un líder para el área de F&B cuyas responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen pero no se limitan a: garantizar cumplimiento de los servicios en los diferentes outlets. Matener una comunicación fluída con el resto del equipo de F&B en cuanto a actualizaciones, revisiones de productos y conceptos de outlets. Organizar y participar en el reclutamiento y formación del equipo de F&B e impulsar el crecimiento y desarrollo de los outlets dentro del Resort y la marca. Elaborar, controlar y supervisar los P&L de los diferentes outlets. Interactuar con los huéspedes del hotel para conseguir un aporte constructivo a la mejora de la calidad en el producto y niveles de servicio. Todo ello de la mano de un equipo extraordinario, en colaboración drecta de Dirección y Chef  Ejecutivo, asío como del resto de equipos que forman parte del Resort.

El rol se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

• Presta especial atención a la satisfacción de los clientes contribuyendo a la creación de experiencias únicas y personalizadas.
• Cada outlet se diferencia a través de un concepto gastronómico único y alcanza la excelencia en el servicio en colaboración con el equipo Culinario.
• Las ventas se fomentan a través de la oferta de los diferentes productos de cada outlet.
• Cumple y hace cumplir con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
• Sigue y fomenta dentro del equipo las políticas de ahorro de energía/ material y reciclaje.
• El personal está motivado y formado en todas sus funciones y responsabilidades.
• Mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros de equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

We are looking for: 

A leader for the F&B area whose usual responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: ensuring fulfillment of services at the various outlets. Maintain fluid communication with the rest of the F&B team regarding updates, product revisions and outlet concepts. Organize and participate in the recruitment and training of the F&B team and drive the growth and development of the outlets within the Resort and the brand. Develop, monitor and supervise the P&L of the different outlets. Interact with hotel guests to achieve constructive input to improve product quality and service levels. All this in the hand of an extraordinary team, in direct collaboration with the Management and Executive Chef, as well as the rest of the teams that are part of the Resort.

The role is successfully executed when:

• Pays special attention to customer satisfaction by contributing to the creation of unique and personalized experiences.
• Each outlet differentiates itself through a unique gastronomic concept and achieves excellence in service in collaboration with the Culinary team.
• Sales are encouraged through the different product offerings of each outlet.
• Complies and enforces health and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Follows and encourages energy/material saving and recycling policies within the team.
• Staff is motivated and trained in all roles and responsibilities.
  Maintains good communication with all teammates and other departments regarding issues that may in any way affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.
