Se proporciona un servicio profesional, eficiente y flexible siguiendo estándares y valores de 7Pines Resort Ibiza.
Todas las funciones y tareas requeridas en el punto de venta se realizan de manera correcta.
Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: realizar las reservas del restaurante/ outlet asignado mediante el programa de reservas, atender el email y el teléfono de los restaurantes, gestionar in situ las reservas del restaurante/ outlet asignado de forma eficiente para que los tiempos de espera se reduzcan y organizar la distribución de las mesas. Recibir y despedir a los clientes de forma amable y educada, interesándose por su opinión, reportar cualquier incidencia, queja, sugerencia de los clientes a sus superiores y darle el seguimiento correspondiente. Mantener una buena relación y comunicación fluida con el resto del equipo del outlet incluyendo al departamento culinario.

What we are looking for:

The Hostess job is executed satisfactorily when:

A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times following 7Pines Resort Ibiza standards and values.
All duties and tasks required at the outlet are performed in a well manner.
Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied.
Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.
Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments regarding issues that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.

The usual responsibilities of the position include: making reservations for the assigned restaurant/outlet through the reservation program, answering the restaurant’s email and telephone, managing on-site reservations for the assigned restaurant/outlet efficiently so that waiting times are reduced and organizing the distribution of tables. Receive and dismiss customers in a friendly and polite manner, take an interest in their opinion, report any incident complaint or suggestions from customers to their superiors and follow up accordingly. Maintain a good relationship and fluid communication with the rest of the outlet team including the culinary department.

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

Conocimientos o formación relacionados con la posición.
Mentalidad abierta, ciudadanía europea.
Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
Ser dinámico, innovador, pragmático.
