El trabajo de Supervisor/a de Pisos se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:
Las responsabilidades habituales del trabajo son: supervisar el trabajo del personal de Housekeeping de manera eficiente para garantizar que los huéspedes y otros departamentos reciban un servicio rápido y cortés. Revisar las suites del hotel para asegurarse de que el mobiliario, las instalaciones y el equipo están limpios y en buen estado y que, en caso necesario, que sean sustituidos. Prestar especial atención a las habitaciones V.I.P., y los huéspedes repetidores. Coordinar con los demás departamentos todos los asuntos relevantes que afecten al estado del hotel y al estado de las suites, mantenerlos informados y hacer un seguimiento de los asuntos pendientes. Confirmar el estado de limpieza de la habitación y los trabajos de reparación a realizar. Controlar el uso de los suministros de limpieza. Supervisar los procedimientos de limpieza, los objetos perdidos y control de llaves.

The job of Housekeeping Supervisor is successfully executed when:
Usual job responsibilities are: Supervising the work of housekeeping staff in an efficient manner to ensure that guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service. Checking hotel suites to ensure that furnishings, fixtures, and equipment are clean and in good condition and, if necessary, that they are replaced. Pay special attention to V.I.P.'s and repeat guests. Coordinate with the other sections of the housekeeping department and other Departments on all relevant matters affecting the appearance of the hotel and the condition of the suites, keep them informed and follow up on outstanding issues. Confirm the state of cleanliness of the room and repair work to be carried out. Monitor the use of cleaning supplies. Oversee cleaning procedures, lost property, and key control.
