El trabajo de Hostess se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:
Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: realizar las reservas del restaurante/ outlet asignado mediante el programa de reservas, atender el email y el teléfono de los restaurantes, gestionar in situ las reservas del restaurante/ outlet asignado de forma eficiente para que los tiempos de espera se reduzcan y organizar la distribución de las mesas. Recibir y despedir a los clientes de forma amable y educada, interesándose por su opinión, reportar cualquier incidencia, queja, sugerencia de los clientes a sus superiores y darle el seguimiento correspondiente. Mantener una buena relación y comunicación fluida con el resto del equipo del outlet incluyendo al departamento culinario.

The Hostess job is executed satisfactorily when:
The usual responsibilities of the position include: manage reservations for the assigned restaurant/outlet through the reservation program, answering the restaurant’s email and telephone, managing on-site reservations for the assigned restaurant/outlet efficiently so that waiting times are reduced and organizing the distribution of tables. Receive and dismiss customers in a friendly and polite manner, take an interest in their opinion, report any incident complaint or suggestions from customers to their superiors and follow up accordingly. Maintain a good relationship and fluid communication with the rest of the outlet team including the culinary department.
