El trabajo de Supervisor/a F&B se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:
Otras responsabilidades del puesto: Atender las consultas de los clientes de manera cortés y eficiente. Informar a los outlet managers de las quejas y los comentarios de los clientes. Liderar el servicio y actuar como modelo para el equipo. Saber manejar el sistema de TPV existente. Garantizar que el lugar de trabajo y la zona circundante se mantengan limpios y organizados en todo momento. Realizar el cierre y la apertura del outlet según los estándares de servicio.
