At the moment the resort is preparing the closing for the season, please be informed that during the wintertime we remain closed and the uncharged of the selection processes will not be working. As soon as the responsible of each department are incorporated (Jan- Feb 2023), they will follow up with your profile.
En 7Pines Resort Ibiza, queremos convertirnos en parte clave para tu formación y desarrollo, creando la oportunidad de realizar tus prácticas en un entorno profesional real en el que podrás ayudarnos a proporcionar las experiencias más especiales a nuestros huéspedes.
A través de nuestro programa, podrás especializarte en tu campo de interés y en los diferentes departamentos de nuestro resort, siempre con la ayuda y supervisión de un/a tutor/a.
El periodo posible de prácticas es de mediados de abril a mediados de octubre de 2023, fuera de esas fechas y dado que el hotel cierra por temporada, la realización de prácticas no será posible. El periodo mínimo de prácticas es de 3 meses de junio a agosto.

Los beneficios de prácticas incluyen: Sesión de Bienvenida, y on the job training, durante los meses de apertura del hotel manutención (almuerzo y cena) en el comedor del equipo, servicio de lavandería para uniforme de trabajo y ropa de cama, buses diarios en diferentes horarios, descuentos especiales en F&B y alojamiento para ti y tus familiares y amigos, ayuda económica fija mensual (460€ brutos) y opción de participar en las propinas y variable, participación en formaciones, actividades y fiestas para empleados... etc. Unas prácticas en un entorno profesional y amable único en la isla de la que disfrutarás en tu tiempo libre.
At 7Pines Resort Ibiza, we would like to become a key part of your training and development, creating the opportunity to do your internship in a real professional environment where you can help us provide the most special experiences to our guests.
Through our programme, you will be able to specialise in your field of interest and in the different departments of our resort, always with the help and supervision of a mentor.
The possible internship period is from mid-April to mid-October 2023, outside these dates and as the hotel is closed for the season, internships will not be possible. Minimum training period is 3 months from June until end August.

Internship benefits include: Welcome session, and on the job training, during the months the hotel is open, meals (lunch and dinner) in the team canteen, laundry service for work uniform and bed linen, daily buses at different times, special discounts on F&B and accommodation for you and your family and friends, student pocket money (460€ gross) and option to participate in tips and variable, participation in trainings, activities and parties for employees...etc.
