El departamento de recepción es el primer y último punto de contacto para nuestros huéspedes. La experiencia del huésped en la oficina principal influirá en la percepción general y la evaluación del hotel.
Nuestro equipo de recepción busca cubrir puestos como agentes y supervisores en diferentes áreas:
Recepción: Realiza tareas de preinscripción y registro para los huéspedes entrantes. Básicamente revisan a los invitados por dentro y por fuera; procesar todos los pagos de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos del hotel.
Resuelven las oportunidades y solicitudes de los invitados, asegurando que se complete el seguimiento adecuado y rápido. Todas las llamadas entrantes se responden en la recepción y proporcionan información a cualquier consulta de invitados o visitantes.
Guest Relations: Aseguran que todos los huéspedes tengan una experiencia única, memorable y personalizada en el resort, basada en la anticipación de las necesidades de los huéspedes y brindando momentos de sorpresa en cada estadía. Informan a los clientes sobre los servicios del hotel y la información más reciente sobre eventos y aspectos destacados.
Guest Services: El servicio a los huéspedes es el principal responsable de saludar y dar la bienvenida a todos los huéspedes al hotel y liberar a los huéspedes de su equipaje a su llegada. Se ocupan de las consultas generales y se aseguran de que las áreas del vestíbulo y la explanada estén siempre limpias y ordenadas.
Telefonista: Nuestro operador telefónico tiene un gran impacto en el buen funcionamiento y comunicación dentro de la empresa. Esta posición requiere hablar claramente, con distinción, con un tono cortés y cortés siempre siguiendo los estándares de LHW, así como también usar habilidades de escucha para tranquilizar a las personas que llaman y obtener información precisa y completa.
Concierge: El equipo de Concierge ayudará al huésped con cualquier solicitud especial que pueda necesitar: reservas de restaurantes, alquiler de yates, niñeras, traslados privados, eventos especiales, alquiler de autos, actividades al aire libre ...
En estos momentos la cadena está preparando el cierre de la temporada, por favor, ten en cuenta que durante el invierno permanecemos cerrados y los responsables de los procesos de selección no estarán operativos. En cuanto los responsables de cada departamento se incorporen (enero-febrero 2023), harán un seguimiento de tu perfil.
The Front Office Department is the first and last point of contact for our guest. Guest experience at the Front Office will influence on the overall perception and evaluation of the hotel.
Our front office team is looking to cover positions as agents and supervisors in different areas:
Front Desk The front desk performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests. They essentially check guests in and out; process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
They resolve guest opportunities and requests, ensuring that proper and prompt follow-up is completed. All incoming calls are answered at the front desk and provide information to any guest or visitors inquiry.
Guest Relations Guest relations make sure all guests have a unique, memorable and personalized experiences at the resort based on anticipation of guest needs and providing wow factor moments in every guest stay. They inform clients about the hotel services and the latest information about events and highlights.
Guest Services Guest service is primarily responsible to greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. They deal with general enquiries and ensure the lobby and forecourt areas are always clean and tidy.
Telephone operator Our telephone operator has a huge impact on the smooth operation and communication within the company. This position requires to speak clearly, distinctly with a friendly and courteous tone always following the LHW standards as well as using listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate and complete information
Concierge Concierge Team will be assisting the guest with any special request they may need: Restaurants reservations, yacht charter rentals, babysitters, private transfers, special events, car rentals, outdoor activities…
At the moment the resort is preparing the closing for the season, please be informed that during the wintertime we remain closed and the uncharged of the selection processes will not be working. As soon as the responsible of each department are incorporated (Jan-Feb 2023), they will follow up with your profile.
