Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Pisos: Coordinador/a, Supervisores/as, Camareros/as de piso, Mozo/a de Pisos, Operarios/as de Lavandería.
El equipo de Pisos, es uno de los equipos más grandes y diversos de todo el Resort, siendo el encargado de dar una buena cobertura de limpieza y un servicio sutil y atento a nuestros huéspedes, ayudando a crear estancias inolvidables, superando siempre toda expectativas y necesidad. El equipo cuenta con medios de trabajo y de transporte más modernos..
Supervisor/a: Inspecciona habitaciones y áreas públicas, completa informes y verifica el estado de habitaciones y áreas públicas en el sistema. Se encarga de asignar el trabajo a los equipos y preparar los informes diarios.
Camarero/a de Pisos: Limpia las suites de los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos; cambia la ropa de cama, aspira, quita el polvo y repone los amenities de las habitaciones.
Mozo/a de Pisos: Garantiza que todas las estaciones de limpieza estén limpias, ordenadas y que cuenten con todos los materiales y ropa de cama necesarios para garantizar la limpieza de las habitaciones, baños, salas de estar y accesorios de acuerdo con los estándares y la marca de la compañía.
Operario/a de lavandería: Entrega los uniformes y ropa de cama para el personal de acuerdo con los sistemas y los procedimientos. También realiza un inventario y controla el movimiento de ropa y uniformes. Realiza la limpieza de ropa de clientes y se encarga de entregarla en las suites.
En estos momentos estamos preparando el cierre de la temporada, por favor, ten en cuenta que durante el invierno permanecemos cerrados y los responsables de los procesos de selección no estarán operativos. En cuanto los responsables de cada departamento se incorporen (enero-febrero 2023), harán un seguimiento de tu perfil.

The area you will join: Is one of the largerst and diverse team of the resort.
They provide coverage and subtle, with attentive service to create an unforgettable accommodation, surpassing the desires and needs of our guests using logistics solutions, transportation and innovative means.
Supervisor: Inspect guest rooms and public areas, complete reports, verify status; report clean rooms to hotel front desk and or load into automated property management system. Pre-setting of daily housekeeping functions; check rooms inventory, assign room attendants and prepare daily physical reports.
Attendant: The room attendant is responsible to clean guest suites according to the standards; changes bedding, vacuums, dusts, and replenishes amenities and guest supplies.
Valet: The floor valet is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning stations are complete with all the necessary materials and bedding to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, living rooms and accessories in accordance with the company's standards and brand.
Laundry Agent: The role of this position is to issue uniforms and linen to staff according to systems and the procedures. Also takes inventory and control movement of soiled, damaged and fresh linen and uniforms. The laundry agent delivers laundry to guest suites.
