El trabajo en el Spa se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando

Ofrece un servicio personalizado a los clientes y les proporciona toda la información necesaria acerca de los servicios, tratamientos y actividades. (Recepcionista).
Realiza los tratamientos y servicios del Spa de acuerdo con las normas, prestando atención a los detalles y de forma puntual. (Terapeuta).
Garantiza el buen funcionamiento del Spa comprobando el estado de los equipos y productos, así como de la limpieza de las áreas y zonas comunes del spa. (Spa Attendant)

We are looking for:

The work in the Spa is satisfactorily executed when:

Offers a personalised service to clients and provides them with all necessary information about services, treatments and activities (Receptionist).
Performs the spa treatments and services according to the rules, with attention to detail and in a timely manner (Therapist).
Ensures the smooth running of the spa by checking the condition of the equipment and products, as well as the cleanliness of the spa areas and common areas (Spa Attendant).

En estos momentos estamos preparando el cierre de la temporada, por favor, ten en cuenta que durante el invierno permanecemos cerrados y los responsables de los procesos de selección no estarán operativos. En cuanto los responsables de cada departamento se incorporen (enero-febrero 2023), harán un seguimiento de tu perfil.

At the moment the resort is preparing the closing for the season, please be informed that during the wintertime we remain closed and the uncharged of the selection processes will not be working. As soon as the responsible of each department are incorporated (Jan-Feb 2023), they will follow up with your profile.

Requisitos:

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
Alta orientación comercial, al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de primera categoría.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
Ser dinámico, innovador y estar al día en las últimas tendencias en tratamientos.

Requirements

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:

Open minded, position related studies and European citizenship.
High commercial, service, customer and results oriented.
Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience in first class hotels.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Be dynamic, innovative and up to date with the latest trends in treatments.
