Il nome 7Pines ha origine dal luogo di nascita del marchio: Ibiza. Quando gli antichi greci scoprirono per la prima volta le isole di Ibiza e Formentera, le battezzarono Pityuses, letteralmente "isole coperte di pini". Da allora, Ibiza è stata chiamata "l'isola dei pini". Così, quando il nostro primo resort era in fase di sviluppo, in una località circondata da pini, il nome 7Pines è nato naturalmente per rendere omaggio allo stile di vita rilassato e al piacere di vivere così profondamente radicato a Ibiza.

The name 7Pines originates from the birthplace of the brand: Ibiza. When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally “pine covered islands”. Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the “Pine Island”. So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.

Il Team è dedicato ad offrire un servizio impeccabile e sempre attento a prevenire e soddisfare i desideri dei nostri ospiti, attraverso innovative e funzionali soluzioni logistiche.
Supervisori: ispezionano le camere degli ospiti e le aree comuni, elaborano la relativa reportistica, verificano lo status delle operazioni e gestiscono le informazioni attraverso il PMS. Alcune funzioni quotidiane includono il check delle camere disponibili, l’assegnazione delle governanti e la compilazione dei report.
Governanti: la figura è responsabile della pulizia delle camere in linea con gli standard aziendali (rifacimenti dei letti, aspirapolvere e pulizie, sostituzione delle amenities).
Valletti: la figura si assicura che le stazioni di pulizia siano sempre rifornite con i materiali necessari per garantire la pulizia e il rifacimento delle camere da letto, dei living, e di tutti gli accessori in linea con gli standard aziendali.
Addetti Lavanderia: la figura è responsabile della corretta pulizia e ordine delle divise e del materiale a disposizione dello staff in linea con gli standard aziendali. Gestisci inoltre l’inventario del materiale fornito e di quello sporco o danneggiato. Si occupa infine del servizio lavanderia per gli ospiti.

The area you will join: Is one of the largerst and diverse team of the resort.
They provide coverage and subtle, with attentive service to create an unforgettable accommodation, surpassing the desires and needs of our guests using logistics solutions, transportation and innovative means.
Supervisor: Inspect guest rooms and public areas, complete reports, verify status; report clean rooms to hotel front desk and or load into automated property management system. Pre-setting of daily housekeeping functions; check rooms inventory, assign room attendants and prepare daily physical reports.
Attendant: The room attendant is responsible to clean guest suites according to the standards; changes bedding, vacuums, dusts, and replenishes amenities and guest supplies.
Valet: The floor valet is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning stations are complete with all the necessary materials and bedding to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, living rooms and accessories in accordance with the company's standards and brand.
Laundry Agent The role of this position is to issue uniforms and linen to staff according to systems and the procedures. Also takes inventory and control movement of soiled, damaged and fresh linen and uniforms. The laundry agent delivers laundry to guest suites.
